I reviewed Young Living Essential Oils Peace and Calming Blend. I have really struggled to get a good night's sleep and when I used Peace and Calming in my bath water and placed a few drops on my feet, I seemed to get a really good night's sleep. I also used a few drops on my son's feet right before his doctor appointment and he hardly cried at all. I love the smell of this essential oil. It was was very calming to my soul.
From Young Living Essential Oils: Peace and Calming® is a gentle, fragrant blend. When diffused, it helps calm tensions and uplift the spirit, promoting relaxation and a deep sense of peace. When massaged on the bottoms of the feet, it can be a wonderful prelude to a peaceful night's rest. Peace and Calming may be especially calming and comforting to young children after an overactive and stressful day.
I also used Young Living Essential Oils Valor Blend as a topical rub on my sore neck and muscles. I instantly felt relief. I also put a few drops on the bottom of my feet to start the day and felt that I had more energy. I really like the smell of this oil and how it gave my skin more vitality.
