Recipe of the Week: Pumpkin Pie Baked French Toast

I love it when my friends make these goodies and I'm dying to try them out.  Jennifer is my husband's co-worker, but she's also a neighbor.  She recently started a blog which is all about food: Domestic Engineer Extraordinaire.

Here is the recipe for Pumpkin Pie Baked French Toast from Jennifer's blog.  Instead of pumpkin I used sweet potato puree.  And I  made my own french bread from All Recipes.com.  Also, I just made a half pan, but I should have made a whole one!

This was SO yummy!  I will definitely make it again.  It is perfect to bring to a brunch or potluck like MOPS.
