There's nothing new about Egg McMuffins unless you make the English Muffins yourself! I decided to be adventurous and try the recipe at
Finding Joy in My Kitchen. I guess the hardest part was that they didn't rise like I wanted them too. But it was fun to try and I will try these again. I used our canning lids to make the round shapes. So make some Homemade English Muffins today and enjoy your own Egg McMuffin!
